These courses are relevant for anyone wishing to increase their general sense of well being and appreciation of life, while effectively managing tendencies towards stress and anxiety.
Over the eight weekly sessions, you will be learning how to develop a greater sense of clarity, calm and kindness which supports long-term changes in how you approach life, while enhancing your mood and general well-being.
Courses are held throughout the year. The Winter term starts either January or February while the Spring term starts in April or May and the Autumn term starts either September or October.
